We have a 20-day return policy for print products, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at seenscenesmag＊gmail.com (change ＊ to @). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept artwork or review subscription refund or exchange of any sort.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

（1）書籍等のプロダクトに限り、商品到着日より20日以内であれば返品が可能です。その他絵画作品やテキスト購読に関するキャンセル・返品・交換は原則として受け付けていません。

（2）前項にかかわらず、下記の商品についてはキャンセル・返品・交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。 
・ご使用になられた商品
・商品到着後21日以上経過した商品
・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品
・パッケージ（袋・ケース）のない商品
・オーダー商品・ネーム入り商品など、お客様のために加工された商品
・その他、商品紹介ページに返品できない旨が明記されている商品

（3）返品・交換の際はseenscenesmag＊（@）gmail.comまでご連絡ください。返送先等詳細をご連絡差し上げます。返品に際しての送料は弊社が負担致します。なお、ご連絡いただかずに返品された商品は承ることができません。

商品に破損が生じた場合
商品到着後、すぐに破損等がないか状態をご確認いただき、速やかにご連絡ください。

例外・返品不可の商品
絵画作品、テキスト購読等は返品の対象にはなりません。.

返金作業について
返送された商品が到着後3営業日以内に支払い方法に応じて行います。クレジットカード決済の場合は、カード会社の都合によって実際の返金反映までに時間がかかる場合があります。
